New paintings by Tyler Bloomquist and Carlisle and Steven Sheffield and introducing graphite artist Regina Stenberg
Tyler is known for his large and graphic oil paintings. Using bold color and confident form his work has a sense of vintage sign meets contemporary pop art.
Carlisle has an intriguing eye for color and composition. Thoughtfully placing layers of color on structure, her paintings draw in the viewer for a closer look.
Steven Sheffield is an established Utah painter. His abstract as well as his landscape work is collected and recognized by
the casual art observer to the dedicated collector.
Alpine Art is pleased to introduce artist Regina Stenberg. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Regina is now a Guthrie Studio Artist. Her large scale graphite drawings of nature on paper bring a quiet calm to the gallery.
As you move from one to the next you cannot help but feel the blades of cool grass between your toes as you sense the magnonimity of clouds slowly moving by overhead.
